Krishnan

Subramanian (Kris) Krishnan has worked in many high-profile companies including Valspar during his 40 years based in the Twin Cities. Kris has extensive experience in the areas of corporate finance, operations, international business, strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently he was a CFO for a $360M nonprofit health organization and served as CFO for a public company. Kris has been a member of several Boards as a Director for several startup companies and nonprofit organization in the area. Kris was a member of the Board including being the Chair and in leadership role at Courage Center and continued to be on the board of the merged Courage Sister Kinney Foundation until 2017.  A member of the Board of AAA Minneapolis for the past 14 years and currently is the Vice Chair of the Board. A founding member of TheNeedInDeed nonprofit organization. A Board member of a nonprofit called Enerchange that focuses on climate change.
