Sushmi’s corporate career started while a student at the University of Minnesota. The Bachelor of Science degree lead her into 10 years of work experience as a junior perfumer. After finishing MBA in Information Systems, Sushmi began work with a fortune 500 company. With over 20 years in Information Technology consultation. Sushmi has been a volunteer with multiple twin  cities nonprofit organizations for over 30 years, serving as the president of the Hindu Society of Minnesota and a member on the Asian Pacific endowment Grants Board with the St. Paul Companies.
