PEONIES AND PLANT FOR A GREAT CAUSE: Mental Health Awareness

One simple idea, passionate volunteers & supportive community = Recipe for a very successful event.

             What started as a simple idea of donating peonies from personal garden to raise money for a cause, soon blossomed into a community event. The key to the success of this project was the volunteers who understood the passion behind the idea, buyers who agreed to buy the peony bouquets, generous donors who reached out to contribute to the cause by donating additional peonies, vases and plants. Even local businesses stepped forward and donated flowers and greens to help create the beautiful bouquets. It was truly a community effort.
