Sujata Dutta

Sujata is an accomplished engineer and management professional with experience in strategic long-range planning, resource allocation and capacity building. Sujata holds degrees in Economics, Fashion Marketing, and Engineering Management. Sujata has lived and worked in Asia, Europe, and North America for over 20 years. Sujata feels that regardless of the size or type of organisation, team, or country, three things are most important: creating relationships, continual learning, and teamwork. She currently works as a Director of Fulfilment Engineering at Target Corp.

Her life has revolved around giving back to the community. Sujata has volunteered for the Chance Foundation and Mayo Clinic in the US and for underprivileged children and the elderly in India. From 2016 to 2019, she was on the Osseo School District’s enrollment and capacity management committee. In October 2021, she joined the board of Patient Empowerment Network, a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering cancer patients and caregivers.

Sujata lives in Minnesota with her loving husband and two gorgeous boys. She enjoys travelling and watching cooking shows in her free time. Sujata is immensely passionate about mixed media painting. She combines her passion for painting and community-giving by donating her paintings to raise funds for her favourite charities.
